- technical information including the Internet protocol (IP) address that you used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, your browser type and version, your time zone setting, your browser plug-in types and versions, and your operating system and platform. Please note that we do not, at present, collect this type of information as standard practice;
- information about your visit including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) that you accessed on our website (including date and time), properties that you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, the length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page and/or any phone numbers used to call our offices. We work closely with third parties (including, for example, solicitors and conveyancers, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers and credit reference agencies) and may receive information about you from them.
