1. Conveyancing.We have worked directly with a number of solicitors in your local area who are professional, efficient and personable, and understand how we operate. If you don’t know a conveyancer who can handle your move, let us know and we’ll point you in the right direction.
2. Surveys.Property legislation is changing all the time, making it difficult to know which surveys are / are not required before your move. Open Door is well placed to advise you on such matters and has partnered with chartered surveyors and environmental experts who can be trusted to meet all legal requirements.
3. Mortgages.We are constantly in touch with mortgage specialists who help customers that are struggling to find a suitable mortgage with their bank or through an independent financial advisor. If you need expert support to aid your move, we’re happy to make some suggestions.
4. Other bits and pieces.There are many other things to think about when moving home: removal men, electricians, architects and new schools to name a few. While we won’t be able to provide services in these areas, we’ve dealt with hundreds of people in the same situation and can share their experience and advice as required.
